WHY DO CLOUGH FARM’S RENTAL PRICES VARY?

Clough Farm offers affordable housing with prices based on household income. Maximum rents are based on income limits set by the Federal government.

HOW DO I RENT AN APARTMENT AT CLOUGH FARM?

Let us know you are interested by completing the contact form and emailing it to us. We will be in touch, usually within 24 hours, to prescreen you by phone for eligibility. We will then arrange for a tour, in person or virtually. Once your application has been completed, we will meet with you to review, and complete any other required documents.

HOW IS MY INCOME CALCULATED?

We determine your income based on your household’s gross income before taxes or deductions. Your income includes commissions, bonuses, income from investments or other assets, plus any other regular income like alimony.

DO YOU CONSIDER ANYTHING BESIDES INCOME?

Yes, we will do credit check, a criminal check, and review your rental history for the past three years.

CAN I APPLY EVEN IF YOU DO NOT CURRENTLY HAVE AN APARTMENT AVAILABLE FOR ME?

Yes, we are happy to add you to our wait list. Our availability changes every month so feel free to continue to check in with us as we would love to have you here at Clough Farm!

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY APPLICATION IS DENIED? CAN I REAPPLY?

You have two weeks in which to appeal your denial and provide additional documentation. It may also be possible to meet, either in person or virtually. If you still do not qualify for an apartment, you will be notified in writing. If your circumstances resulted in a denial change, you are welcome to reapply in 120 days from your dated denial letter.
